It's been a whirlwind couple of weeks. Here's some of my thoughts.
*Kenny Chesney really is a nice guy. My wife and I spent 10 or 15 minutes with him last Saturday in Philadelphia. He truly was impressed by Wildwood - even before the show. He kept touching my shoulder a lot when he talked to me.....

*Tim McGraw has become sooooo skinny. He looks like he has a 12-inch waist.... He's also a super nice guy. He played us several new songs he's working on, and they really impressed me. I can't wait to play them on the radio.

*John Lynch - you saw him in the Kenny Concert Video - is just a champ for Wildwood.  The director of the Wildwoods Convention Center was among those who really made the Kenny Chesney show happen. Thank you, John! Get some rest!

*Our Cat Country listeners are just so great. You came out to win tickets, you stood in line there....you stood in line for the concert.... and you always greeted Georgia, Chris , myself and our team with warmth wherever we went. Please know that every time you shook our hands, said "Hello", and such really touched our hearts. We are lucky to spend time with you every day. You are amazing.

*I had a chance meeting and short conversation with Director Johnathon Demme --- and didn't realize it until a day later. There goes my shot at a movie career.

*I am so lucky to be employed by a company like Townsquare Media. My bosses and co-workers are simply the best one could ask for.

*Two arrests at the concert say Wildwood police. Two. I believe both disorderly conduct charges. How behaved are we!

*No, I'm sure that "No Smoking" sign you're standing next to doesn't apply to you. Go ahead....

*No, I'm sure that "No Parking" sign painted on the ground doesn't apply to you. You're not parking.... you're just stopped, waiting for your wife to finish grocery shopping.....

*In Philly, Tim McGraw said he jogged through the parking lot and to the park across from the sports complex while thousands were tailgating before his performance. He said not a single person seemed to notice him.

*We've heard people say they saw some famous folks at the Wildwood concert. Not really buying any of the stories I've heard so far.

*I am THE WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD when it comes to remembering names. I am so sorry.
*I feel bad for Chuck Wicks. He was at Joe Pop's on LBI on Wednesday. You didn't go because? Oh, yeah..... me too.....

*No, sorry, we don't have any more tickets.....

*How cool is it that Kenny took the time to record a THANK YOU message! No, Kenny, thank you!

*I watched part of the show, "The Choice" on TV last night. That's 17 minutes I'll never get back......
