Keith Urban To Undergo Throat Surgery

Keith Urban must undergo throat surgery.  According to Tasteofcountry.com, Keith Urban announced that he will undergo outpatient throat surgery at the end of the month to remove a polyp on his vocal cord.  

The surgery is said to be minor, however, Urban will need to completely rest his voice for an undetermined amount of time.  He is going to honor as many commitments as he can.  However, according to Urban's people, any show or appearance that would require him to sing more than one song will be postponed.  All scheduled appearances will be rescheduled in 2012.  Sending our best to a fast and safe recovery!
