The 2012 Grammy Awards continue to be good to Lady Antebellum. The country trio scored big again on Sunday night, ousting five other country stars to win the Best Country Album award for their latest album, ‘Own the Night.’

The win is the group’s seventh Grammy, including five in 2011 for their ‘Need You Now’ song and album, and one in 2010 for ‘I Run to You.’ An exasperated Hillary Scott said she was genuinely surprised to be accepting this award again. She was at a loss for words as her bandmates rattled off thank yous to their spouses and management team.

“Thanks for changing our lives, we love you,” Charles Kelley told fans. Earlier, the group told Ryan Seacrest how winning big in 2011 changed their lives. They’re now embarking on a headlining tour and are regularly topping country charts and sales charts with their album and singles.

Taylor Swift wasn’t able to sweep the awards she was nominated for, as ‘Speak Now’ was also nominated, but came up short. Other nominees for the Best Country Album award were Eric Church‘s ‘Chief,’ Blake Shelton‘s ‘Red River Blue,’ Jason Aldean‘s ‘My Kinda Party’ and George Strait‘s ‘Here for a Good Time.’
