LeAnn Rimes Talks of Being Bullied as a Child

LeAnn Rimes performed in Los Angles recently at the Anit-Bullying Benefit Concert.  And in an interview at the event, she revealed that she had been bullied by a sixth grade classmate that "tried to kill" her.

Leann Rimes told 'Entertainment Tonight' that while she was already performing at a young age, some of the girls at her school didn't like it.  She says,

“My principal would put something on the bulletin board if I was in the newspaper or something, and there was this clique of girls that did not like it so, I had my locker egged, I had a girl bring a knife to school the last day of sixth grade and tried to kill me! Awesome. So, I’d say I was bullied a little.”

Rimes says that she still feels bullied at times, saying that people forget that she's still a human being.
