Local Police Asks For Your Help in Locating EHT Man

The Township of Hamilton Police Department is trying to locate an Egg Harbor Township man for automotive assault, reckless driving,  and DWI – this, after one of the department’s officers was seriously injured.

According to a release from the department, police are trying to find David McAvaddy, 41, of EHT. McAvaddy was involved in a crash on  Route 40 in Mays Landing on April 25th.His vehicle struck Officer Longo’s vehicle – an accident that resulted in serious injuries for Longo.

A warrant has been issued for McAvaddy’s arrest.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Township Police at 609-625-2700, Extension 567.
