Felicia Temple from Teaneck, NJ wowed the judges on the premiere of ‘The Voice’ last night!
Temple, who has been called “Felicia Keys” since she covers so many of Alicia Keys songs, obviously picked Team Alicia!
According to NJ.com,
As is often the case with “Voice” contestants, Temple has a compelling backstory; she is a nurse, a cancer survivor and a descendent of hip-hop royalty to boot — she’s related to a member of pioneers The Sugar Hill Gang, she said, though it wasn’t made clear which emcee.
A new episode of ‘The Voice’ airs tonight on NBC.
Let’s go Felicia!!
