Rascal Flatts are giving fans a pretty great gift for Christmas this year. On Oct. 21, the country trio will release their very first Christmas album, entitled The Greatest Gift of All.

Featuring 10 of their favorite Christmas songs, The Greatest Gift of All was produced by Rascal Flatts and will emphasize the powerhouse vocals and moving performances that the band has become known for throughout their decades-long career. In fact, given their success over the years, the band admits that some fans may be surprised it took them so long to cut a Christmas record.

"It probably seems crazy that we waited this long to release a Christmas record,” says Jay DeMarcus in a press release. "We just wanted to do it right! There are certain songs I think most everyone wants to hear during Christmas, and we wanted to put our own special spin on those songs, while adding in a couple of our personal favorites. We had a blast making this album, and being in the producer’s chair ourselves, makes it extra fun and challenging for us."

That "special spin" that DeMarcus mentions will certainly be apparent on The Greatest Gift of All. Rascal Flatts added personal favorites like Stevie Wonder's Motown-inspired "Someday at Christmas,"and a stunning update of the song "A Strange Way to Save the World," originally recorded by vocal group 4Him. Even better? A intimately personal cover of "Silent Night" actually opens with vocals from the children of all three band members!

The Greatest Gift of All will be available in stores and online beginning on Oct. 21. The album is available for pre-order on the Rascal Flatt's official website, including special bundles for sale as well. Check out the full track listing below.
