A South Jersey teacher had a sweet surprise when her Wawa run turned into a run in with country star Keith Urban. The country superstar spent Friday night at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden when he brought his Graffiti U Tour to South Jersey. Of course you cannot come to South Jersey without making a Wawa run and Keith Urban is no exception to this rule.

South Jersey teacher, Ruth Reed, helped Urban with his Wawa experience. According to Olivia Rose Prouse on Twitter, "My favorite story of the day is how my 3rd grade teacher thought [Keith Urban] was down on his luck and couldn’t pay for his [W]awa snacks so she bought them for him. What an angel."

Prouse posted a screenshot of a Facebook comment from Reed about the experience. She wrote:

For three years I have made a resolution to once a week treat someone at WAWA. [T]his man was short on a few dollars, he asked a lady with him if she had money. I jumped in and said I would pay and explained why. He thanked me and asked my name. I asked him his name and he told me it was Keith. I said that he did look like Keith Urban, he said he was. I didn't believe him...He finally said that I could ask his bodyguard. It was then I realized what an idiot I was. He graciously allowed me to get my picture taken with him...

According to the Facebook group Medford 08055, Keith was spotted at the Wawa on Route 541.
