What’s Up With the Ducks at This Egg Harbor City House? [UPDATED]

There's a house on Philadelphia Avenue in Egg Harbor City that has some adorable plastic ducks that are being rearranged every few days.  Have you seen the ducks?

The ducks are super cute and change positions for various holidays or special occasions. For example, the ducks pictured above are on an Easter egg hunt.

During Christmas time, they have been seen decorating a tree. They've shoveled snow during a snowstorm, and even played cards!
