Cauliflower Mash is a carb-free way to enjoy your favorite thanksgiving food, any time of the year!
Here's what you're gonna need:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2/3 of an onion, chopped and diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Blue/ Gorgonzola Cheese (optional)
