Woman Who Stole Money From Joe Piscopo Spared Jail Time

New Jersey native and 'Saturday Night Live' alum, Joe Piscopo lost out on more than $230,000 from a former bookeeper.

NBC 10 says that Jennifer Larocca was sentenced to 3 years of probation.

Jennifer Larocca instead was sentenced on Friday to three years of probation. That came one week after her husband received a three-year state prison term.

She could have been dealt with a lengthy prison sentence, but instead she got the probation.  Larocca and her husband were going through some rough financial times when she stole the money.  They have agreed to make full restitution.  They've already paid back $64,000.
