Governor Christie makes his first appearance of 2013 at the New Jersey 101.5 studios for "Ask The Governor."

As usual, the polarizing governor has had no problem dominating state headlines, while causing a stir on the national stage.

In the beginning of the month, Christie unleashed a rant at his own party - namely the House Republicans and Speaker John Boehner for delaying a vote on Sandy aid.  The House has since passed the bill, which is expected to move easily through the Senate today.

The spirit of bi-partisanship has slowly waned since the weeks after Sandy.  Christie and Democrats have gone back and forth on the issue of the state budget, which is expected to fall way short of projections.

Dems also bashed the Governor's State of the State Address, which focused almost solely on the Sandy rebuilding efforts.

However, outside of State Senator Barbara Buono, all would-be Democratic challengers have shied away from the 2013 Governor's Race. While some possible candidates could still surface, Buono remains the only Christie challenger.

The Governor had two notable accomplishments in January, holding his 100th Town Hall meeting last week in Manahawkin.  Christie also made the cover of Time Magazine.

Governor Christie formed a task force last week to delve into the hot-button issue of violence control.

While it did not do much for the unemployment rate, state private sector job growth skyrocketed.

And the much-talked about fleece made its return this past weekend.
