Boots in the Sand Begins with a Bang!

Greetings from the Hard Rock Hotel in Riviera Maya, Mexico! Tropical Nights - Boots in the Sand - the ultimate destination/concert experience begin yesterday with a lot of fun in the sun, some great food and drink, and a one-of-kind beach concert by Dierks Bentley.

On a stage built right on the beach, just feet from the water. Bentley took to the stage and wowed the crowd with all his hits, plus a couple songs off his new album, "Riser."

Prior to the concert, fans got a chance to win Meet n Greet passes, for the opportunity to hang with Dierks.

So day one is done, and a big day two is about to begin! Several events are on the schedule today, including two shows by Brantley Gilbert, one being a rare acoustic set for a limited amount of guests. Jana Kramer is promising to play some beach volleyball, and guests can win Meet N Greet passes via some fun and crazy contests.

Oh, by the way, it's not warm here. It's hot!
