Check Out the Homes That The Bachelor Arie Is Selling in His Realtor Job
Wouldn't it be funny if you agreed to buy one of realtor Arie Luyendyk's homes - and them, at the last minute, you backed out of the deal?
Besides being the most-hated man in America this week as "The Bachelor", Luyendyk is also a part-time race car driver, and a part-time realtor in Phoenix, Arizona.
When he's not being Arie on TV, Luyendyk is working as an agent for RE/MAX Excaliber Realty.
Although he only has two listings right now, they're pretty pricey properties - both listed for at least $1.2 million dollars. (In case you're wondering, yes, you can call Arie about these listings, although I'm sure you'll have to jump through a bunch of hoops to actually speak with him: 480-335-3500.)
Let's take a look at each of the residences Arie would love to sell to you!
The first one is a house in Fountain Hills, Arizona, priced at $1, 250,000. Click on the photo below to check out all the photos. (I have a feeling this house belongs to Arie's parents!)
The second home is a condominium in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is selling for $1,200.000.
