Grandfather Of Stafford ATV Victim Charged With Child Endangerment

The grandfather of a township teen killed in last month’s ATV accident in Stafford has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Reports say 72-year-old Ralph Luca allegedly bought two bottles of vodka for 15-year-old Chris Wildes and his friend.

Wildes was killed when he lost control of the vehicle. Police have not said if alcohol contributed to the crash.

Luca remains on $25,000 bail.
