My boyfriend started this thing called "two-a-days" (whatever that is). Something where he works out two times a day, one early, one at night, and won't have much time to eat.

So naturally he came to me and said:
"Rach, for your next episode can you teach me to make something quick that I can take on-the-go for breakfast every day?"

But in the male-to-women translator read that as: "Make me food" 

So thanks to Katie in Absecon, we have a healthy and clean Homemade Granola Bar recipe that you can make early in the week and take on the go for breakfast, or even as a snack, every day! They also help you beat a bad craving hehe. 

Here's what you'll need: 

  • 2 c. old-fashioned oats
  • ¾ c. slivered almonds
  • ¾ c. chopped walnuts
  • ½ c. honey
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ c. dried cranberries
