Shades of Death Road – This infamous stretch of road in Warren County comes with chilling lore that might make your skin crawl. According to Weird NJ, it’s located near a haunted lakebed where mysterious “pillars of mist” are often seen. I’ll be taking the alternate route.

Mount Misery Road - If you believe the stories, this road in Cassville will trap you in the woods if you drive on it. No, thank you. I think I've seen that movie.
Ghost Lake Road - This road is located too close to Shades of Death Road in Warren County for its name to be ignored. I wouldn't even drive on it in the daylight.
