WHAT IS NEW JERSEY BEST KNOWN FOR?

This is a tough question, but SheBudgets did an article that focused on "What Every State Is Best At". So what is the Garden State best at? What do you think? Is it Jersey Pizza? Jersey Beaches? Jersey Boardwalks? Pork Roll? The Sopranos? The Boss? Sinatra? Bon Jovi? Garden State Park? Salt Water Taffy? Tomatoes? Blueberries? Corn? Coffee Shops? etc. or is it the Jersey Diner?

According to Wikipedia, "New Jersey is renowned for its multitude of diners, which number over 500, more than any other state. Many are open 24 hours a day." The Jersey Diner is iconic, it is a place not only to eat but a place to gather and talk and visit with one another. Jersey Diners are a place of business lol how many ideas or agreements were made over a cup of Jersey Diner coffee? How many nights ended with a late-night meal, Disco Fries, at a Jersey Diner? Tasting Table ranked the Top 19 diners in the Garden State.

According to SheBudgets, "Diners are comforting places, aren’t they? Jersey is by far one of those states that has the most diners from border to border. Time to get your chicken-fried steak on." I have always liked breakfast at a Jersey Diner. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, and rye toast. Coffee (black) is a given.

So do you agree? Is Jersey best known for the "Jersey Diner"? If not what would you say we are best known for? Post your comments below and let us know what you think. Maybe I'll go for Sunday breakfast at our local diner this week.
