No section of Atlantic City, New Jersey appears to be safe from the escalation of violent crime that (in fairness) is rampant in the city, state of New Jersey and all over America.

A gentleman owner of The Warwick Condominiums in Atlantic City reached out to me about recent carjackings and muggings that have taken place at The Warwick and near the Stockton University Atlantic City Campus.

This is the first media coverage about these violent incidents.

I have obtained copies of 2 emails that were sent to all Warwick residents over past few days.

I am protecting the identity of our gentleman source, who wrote me:

I just received an email from the management group here at The Warwick Condominium. Last night at approximately 8:30pm a resident was accosted, and his car stolen. Below I have attached that email. I told my friend about the email I just received and he told me that his boss over at Star of the Sea Church had the same thing happen to her by Stockton College just a few days ago just blocks away from here.

NOTE: Regarding the incident about the Star of The Sea Church (mentioned above) … I have confirmed through law enforcement that the car was stolen, not jacked. We have also confirmed that this car was recovered and then stolen a second time.

Here is a copy of the first email that was sent to all Warwick residents.

Here is a copy of the second email that was sent to Warwick residents on November 30, 2023 (see below):

There should have been more transparency and disclosure about this … so that the public could be notified that these violent incidents have occurred … so that they could have better planned while in this section of Atlantic City at this time.

It is important to note that I am not criticizing The Warwick Condominiums team, they promptly communicated with their residence.

I am referring to the public being properly alerted.

Now you know.

Please be guided accordingly.
