Joe Kelly Applauds One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for Supporting the Military, Veterans
It's a great thing what One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning does for our military heroes through their Hero's Club! These military heroes have given so much of themselves for their country, it's great to see a company doing something so special for those who served our country.
It's a long-standing program, but I started thinking about it again around the Fourth of July and wanted to make sure all our local military personnel and veterans were aware of it. Essentially, there's no cost or obligation to join the Hero's Club, but you get free services and discounts. Here's what's listed on their website:
- 15% off all repairs on heaters and air conditioners
- $500 off your next replacement
- 24/7 priority service
- One complimentary AC and furnace tune-up per year
- One comprehensive plumbing inspection per year
- One electrical inspection per year
So, if you haven't had your AC tuned-up yet this season, might as well give them a call during the dog days of summer that might stress out your HVAC system and see if there are any other areas they can help you with.
A few years ago, they replaced our upstairs heating and AC, and last summer replaced our downstairs heating and AC. We use them every 6 months for a check-up, to change filters, etc. Everything with both systems has been in top shape since then.
I've had the chance to meet David Pomales, the South Jersey owner-operator, and he has a true commitment to his business in South Jersey. He believes in continuous training for his employees, and everyone needs to pass a background check before they are hired.
If people make your business, then Pomales is doing it right.
Their commitment to their customers is understood by everyone who works at One Hour. When you call (24 hours a day), you'll always be talking with a local employee. When you schedule a service call, they show up on time — or you don't pay. It's guaranteed, just like their service!
