Anthony Bourdain has been to just about every pocket of the globe to eat different and often exotic foods.  Now he will bring some of that international cuisine to New York City.

The New York Times reports that he will open Bourdain Market at the edge of the meatpacking district of Manhattan.

There are reportedly 100 vendors planned for the space.  Including bakers, butchers, a restaurant, a vast collection of street food and communal eating spaces.

Expect two years for the market to open its doors to the masses.

I can't wait!
