NJ.com reports the Rink family, owners of Nothnagle Log Cabin, have had the house on sale for three years now. The cabin was built in 1638 and is the oldest of its kind in the country. The cabin by itself is listed at the $1.75 million selling price, however for another 1.2 million dollars, owner Doris Rink will throw in the historical artifacts from the house as well as the home's official registry. Steep price, Doris.

A tax assessor told NJ.com that the property's value is in its historical aspect. The property, for tax purposes, was assessed to be worth between $150-$160k. Nothnagle Log Cabin was originally put on the market for $3 million a few years back, but Mrs. Rink lowered the price with the hope that the house will get sold to some sort of historical society and the cabin's future will be set before her passing.
