Paula Deen’s Savannah, Georgia Mansion Can Be Yours for $12.5 Million

Celebrity chef Paula Deen is selling her 5.5 acre Savannah estate for a cool $12.5 million dollars.

According to People,

"The private, gated property — where she filmed her Food Network cooking shows — boasts a 14,500-sq.-ft. home, a stocked pond, a croquet court, a chicken coop, a 10,000-sq.-ft. barn, a dock house and more."

Evidently, Deen wants less maintenance while in Savannah.  She's also looking for an apartment in New York City to use part-time.
