See Video of Linwood School Chair Kicking Incident

A surveillance video which captures an alleged chair kicking incident at a Linwood school has been released.

The video, shared by BreakingAC.com reportedly shows teacher Kimberly Peschi in her classroom.

Peschi was convicted of simple assault in the case, but the ruling was recently overturned. According to BreakingAC.com, the judge ruled the video was inconclusive.
