NJ.com reports that an ambulance frequently out on emergency calls failed to get licensed through the Department of Health. In addition to an unlicensed emergency vehicle, reports also claim that Shamong Medical Services did not staff the vehicles with the required minimum of two EMS personnel. Several emergency service vehicles answered calls with only one person in the ambulance.

The fine must be paid within 30 days.
