This Lamborghini Driver Isn’t So Cool Anymore [VIDEO]

Someone's car insurance just went up.

This guy dropped a quarter of a million dollars on a spiffy, bright yellow Lamborghini Gallardo because, clearly, he needed a V-10 engine to navigate the streets of suburban Chicago at a blistering 40 MPH. With all that power under the hood, one would think the guy would know how to navigate a left turn lane coming off of a red light.
