Detroit Reacts to Atlantic City Mayor [VIDEO]

Last week, in  a speech, Atlantic City Mayor Don Guardian had this to say about Atlantic City, "Hey, at least we're not Detroit."

Now, Detroit - or at least one Detroit TV station, is punching back.
