A call from a citizen to Galloway police Saturday morning reported a car driving erratically on the White Horse Pike. The caller was concerned about young children seen in the car.

Police investigated, stopped the car, and arrested Paul Dessicino, 30, of Mays Landing. Witnesses reported that at one point, the car almost overturned. Inside the vehicle were two children, ages 4 and 5.

According to Galloway police, Dessicino was charged with with two counts of Child Endangerment / Neglect, DWI, Possession of CDS (Heroin) and Reckless Driving.

The children were turned over to the custody of their mother. Dessicino is being held in the Atlantic County Jail in lieu of$10,000 bail.
