New data is out, revealing the states that work out the most and the least.

Here in New Jersey, we have so many great parks, walking trails, and beaches to go for a long walk, but during the winter months, it can be difficult to get a workout in.

Highest And Lowest Cardio Fitness States

States with the highest cardio fitness include Washington D.C., Hawaii, California, and Massachusetts. States with the lowest cardio fitness are West Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
