The Philadelphia Eagles made history on multiple levels with their 40-22 Defeat over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 59. Some of the unique factoids include:

-Eagles are the third team in NFL History to win two Super Bowls with two different starting Quarterbacks less than ten years apart (San Francisco 49ers and Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders)
-Every year the Philadelphia Eagles have won a Super Bowl, a former Eagles player was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame (2018 - Brian Dawkins, 2025 - Eric Allen)
-Nick Sirianni is the sixth coach in NFL History to win a Super Bowl in his first four seasons as an NFL Head Coach (Brian Billick, Jimmy Johnson, George Seifert, Bill Parcells, Tom Flores)
-Jalen Hurts is the second Quarterback in NFL History to lose his first Super Bowl appearance and then go on to win a Super Bowl years later (John Elway)
-2024 Eagles are the seventh team in NFL History to defeat a defending Super Bowl Champion in the next year's Super Bowl (2020 Bucs, 2017 Eagles, 2014 Patriots, 1997 Broncos, 1983 Raiders, 1978 Steelers)

However, some Super Bowl history was made in New Orleans involving this South Jersey High School graduate who has a family connection to the big game.

This Eagles Coach Joins A Unique Fraternity With Super Bowl Win

A graduate of Camden Catholic High School located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Tyler Brown is an Assistant Special Teams Coach with the Philadelphia Eagles. Brown has been a member of Philly's coaching staff since 2021.

Brown graduated from Rowan University in 2014 and started his coaching career as a Special Teams Consultant at Temple University when Head Coach Matt Rhule was there. After two years at Temple, Tyler Brown was a member of Jim Harbaugh's coaching staff at the University of Michigan from 2016 to 2020.

On Sunday, Tyler and his father, Randy, joined the small fraternity of Father and Sons to win the Super Bowl Championships.  Randy Brown has been a member of the Baltimore Ravens staff for 17 years and was the team's Special Teams Coordinator when the Ravens won Super Bowl XLVII.

Also 12 years ago, Randy Brown saw a veteran defensive player play in the Super Bowl after tearing their Triceps during the regular season. Linebacker Ray Lewis played in Super Bowl 47 after sustaining the same injury with the same arm brace as Eagles Brandon Graham did in Super Bowl 59.

The exclusive list of fathers and sons who have both won Super Bowl Championships includes:

-Howie and Chris Long
-Bob and Brian Griese
-Steve and Zak DeOssie

Tyler Brown is also joined by Eagles Wide Receivers Coach Aaron Morehead in the Father and Son Super Bowl Champions club. Aaron's father, Emery Moorehead, was a member of the 1985 Chicago Bears team.
