Man arrested after shots fired along Route 30 in Absecon, NJ
A Mays Landing man has been arrested after shots were fired along Route 30 in Absecon Friday night.
The Absecon Police Department says their officers were called to the motel corridor just before 10:30 for a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers discovered evidence indicating that a firearm had been discharged in the area.
Desmon A. Wilson of Mays Landing, NJ, Arrested
Police say a thorough search for potential victims began immediately. After an extensive investigation and review of surveillance video from the area, officers successfully identified and apprehended the suspect involved, 23-year-old Desmon A. Wilson of Mays Landing, who was arrested and charged with related weapons offenses.
Authorities say they have found no evidence to suggest that there are any victims related to this shooting.
