Williamstown Man Arrested After Allegedly Exposing Himself at Marshalls
Washington Township, N.J. — A shopping trip at a discount retailer in Gloucester County took an unexpected turn last Wednesday afternoon when Washington Township police were called about a man allegedly walking through the store with his genitals exposed from his pajama pants.
Police responded to Marshalls on the Black Horse Pike at Tuckahoe Road around 3 PM on September 2nd after receiving a report about the man's alleged behavior.
The department noted that it was not exactly the type of "Marshalls find" shoppers were expecting.
Suspect Found Near McDonald's
Officers located the man a short time later walking near the McDonald's at the front of the shopping center.
The 26-year-old Williamstown man, who was not identified by police, was arrested and charged with lewdness.
He was released on a summons following his arrest.

Under New Jersey law, lewdness generally involves knowingly engaging in an offensively inappropriate act in circumstances where the person knows it is likely to be seen by others who may be offended or alarmed.
