Pabst Blue Ribbon Announces Plans For New Hard Seltzer Drink
If White Claws and Truly's are your summer go-to's, then this is for you.
Hard Seltzers and summer go together like Gingerbread Houses and the Christmas season. You can't really imagine one without the other these days.
According to Maxim.com, Pabst Blue Ribbon has just announced a plan to release a hard seltzer drink to compete with the likes of popular summer seltzers like White Claw. This one, however, will be highly anticipated by those who enjoy partaking because Pabst has confirmed the new drink will have almost double the alcohol percentage of any hard seltzer currently on the market.
PBR plans to release their hard seltzer with an 8% alcohol content while those currently distributed usually have somewhere between 4.5 to 5%.
Called Pabst Stronger Seltzer, it's already on some store shelves in states across the Southwest. No word yet on when distributions will become national.
