🎄🎁  The holidays are the time of year when everyone wants to give back.

🎄🎁  There are plenty of charities in South Jersey to choose from.

🎄🎁  You can help out the local kids in NJ this year by shopping at ShopRite.

Tis the season for giving, am I right? One of the reasons why everybody LOVES the holidays is because it's the time of year when everyone's feeling generous. Everybody's in a great mood. Everyone wants the best for each other. It really is the most wonderful time of the year.

Did that make you cringe when I said that? I don't care. It's the truth! The holidays are the absolute BEST.

That's not true for everybody, though. It breaks my heart to think about all the kids in and around South Jersey that won't have anything to wake up to on Christmas morning. Is that not the most heart wrenching thought? That will be the reality for so many little ones in this region of the Garden State this Christmas.

There is, however, a way for you to help remedy that. You won't even have to go too far out of your way to do it. In fact, all you have to do is go grocery shopping.

Locals have reported that there is a giving tree set up at the ShopRite in Galloway. You can go and choose a kid off the tree and buy whatever you think that he or she would love to open on Christmas morning. The tag on the tree will list whether you're buying for a boy or girl and what age bracket they fall into.

If you're looking for a way to do something good this holiday season, I'm not sure you're doing anything better than making a kid's Christmas morning dreams come true.
