Boardwalk Entertainment, the producers of the Tim McGraw July 4th concert in Wildwood, are auctioning off a guitar, signed by the show's main acts.

Tim McGraw and Hunter Hayes have both autographed the Fender acoustic guitar which is being auctioned off, with proceeds earmarked for the Wildwood American Legion, Wildwood Vietnam Vets, Operation First Response, and the Michael Strange Foundation.

According to Boardwalk Entertainment's Amanda Thomas, her company is actually donating two guitars which were signed at the concert. One will be auctioned, and the other is being donated to the City of Wildwood, for display in Wildwood City Hall.

“The City of Wildwood is proud to accept this autographed guitar,” said Mayor Ernie Troiano. “It will serve as a constant reminder of the city’s long involvement in the music industry that dates back to the roots of rock ‘n’ roll.  This guitar will be on display inside City Hall where we hope it will be the first of many commemorating Wildwood’s role as a world-class entertainment venue.”

According to a news release from Boardwalk Entertainment, "Boardwalk Entertainment will be announcing future concerts, festivals and events for multiple locations in South Jersey, Philadelphia, and New York, including a Summer Concert Series, by early 2017."
