Cauliflower Mash is a carb-free way to enjoy your favorite thanksgiving food, any time of the year!

Here's what you're gonna need:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2/3 of an onion, chopped and diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Blue/ Gorgonzola Cheese (optional)
