A little over two hours away from Atlantic County, NJ, sits a quiet little town in Pennsylvania called Bernville. It's there you'll find yourself immersed in a true winter wonderland that Santa's elves would even want to visit. It's called Koziar's Christmas Village.

Kids and adults have all fallen in love with the village nestled in eastern PA year after year. 2024 marks 76 years of bringing holiday joy to families from all over the northeast.

It all started when William M. Koziar began elaborately decorating his family home for the holidays back in 1948. His wife delighted in the joy it brought to not only her own family, but to the neighbors, as well. It quickly became known as "the Christmas house" and soon after, the village was born.

Mr. Koziar kept adding more and more displays to his home that the village kept evolving with each passing year into what it is today. His children and grandchildren have kept the tradition alive for almost 8 decades!

Visitors can ride on the train, do some Christmas shopping, and even get their picture with Santa. Not to mention take in all the gorgeous lights around the property.

The Koziar Christmas Village is officially open now. Find out how to make your reservation HERE.
