It's official!!! Garth Brooks announced this morning on 'Good Morning America' that he plans to go on a world tour in 2014!
It was a surprise for GMA host Robin Roberts, but it doesn't come as a shock for those of us that expected an announcement at some point.
But that doesn't lessen the excitement!
