Georgia’s 5 Faves!

I had chicken tinga for the first time while on vacation in Mexico back in August.  The owner of our hotel made it for us during happy hour as a dip.  You can eat it in taco shells, as a dip or as a crunchy tostada.  It's super tasty and you can make it as spicy as you can handle... It's great topped with some Mexican cheese and guacamole!

On my last trip to Trader Joe's, I picked up a container of Coconut Body Butter, (a staple in my life) but I also found this little bottle of goodness.  TJ's Midsummer Night's Moisturizing Cream...  It's uber smooth and quenching.  It has a light and comforting scent and it will take me through fall and into winter until I grab for my coconut butter...

Even Neil Perry from The Band Perry drinks them!!  I think this is the perfect transition into the fall coffee season. (That's a thing, right?)  I love a Pumpkin Spiced Latter, but this cinnamon treat is the perfect pick-me-up from Starbucks.  If you forget the whipped cream and opt for one or two pumps of the and non-fat milk, it's not really that bad for you!

I'm waaaay late with this one, but what a great movie!  I knew that he died, but I was not aware of how he died... Geez.  What a hero for America.  And such a sad story.  And a great movie.  His widowed wife will be a judge for the Miss America Pageant on Sunday in Atlantic City.

If you are looking for a can't-put-it-down, quick and fast read for the end of summer, then this book is for you.  I borrowed it from the library after having it on my must-read list forever...  Why did I wait so long?  This book is fantastic.  Read it next.
