No Charges Filed Against WPVI’s Tynan Following Assault Allegations

6ABC meteorologist Cecily Tynan won't be facing charges following allegations that she assaulted a woman at a concert in Philadelphia recently.

phillymag.com reports 27-year-old Brittany Lewandowski of Philadelphia filed a private criminal complaint with District Attorney Larry Krasner’s office on June 14th, one day after U2 performed a concert at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. At that show, Lewandowski alleged that Tynan had dug her fingernails into her following a verbal confrontation.

Lewandowski has 30 days to appeal the DA's decision, but she tells phillymag.com she's not sure she wants to do that.
