P’ville Man Gets 10 Years in Prison for Sexually Assaulting Girl
A 45-year-old Pleasantville man has been sentenced to a decade in prison on charges of second degree sexual assault and second degree endangering by sexual conduct.
Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner says Javier Cruz-Rojas began assaulting a girl when she was 8 years-old.
An investigation determined that the girl was sexually assaulted on multiple occasions while in the care of Cruz-Rojas from February 5, 2016, to February 3, 2018.
Javier Cruz-Rojas was sentenced on February 28th to 10 years in state prison. Cruz-Rojas will also be subject to Megan’s Law Registration and Parole Supervision for Life.
