Taylor Swift Reacts to Kanye & Kardashian Baby on Twitter

Or did she?  A tweet that appears to be sent from Taylor Swift's official Twitter page reads as the ultimate comeback in the wake of Kanye's recent New York Times interview. 

This 'Taylor Swift' acknowledged the birth of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's daughter this past weekend, but (unfortunately) the tweet is most likely to be the work of a hacker rather than Swift herself.
