Washington Township Man Arrested For Assault With Shovel

News broke earlier this week of a gnarly assault outside of a Collingswood coffee shop.

Reportedly, a witness to the incident tipped off police that the owner of Cup Of Bliss coffee shop struck another shop owner with a shovel. NJ.com reports that a security video of the alleged assault confirmed the identity of the attacker to be 42-year-old Brian McBride of Washington Township.

McBride was arrested and later released. The witness confirmed that the victim was struck on the head hard enough that it caused him to fall to the ground. Get all the details including the identity of the victim HERE.
