Back the Blue Group Looks For Help To Feed EHT Cops

A group of Egg Harbor Township residents is looking for help in providing meals for Egg Harbor Township police officers.

The EHT Back the Blue Facebook page was created in the last few days. According to a posting on the page, "This group has been created in the light of the video surfacing of men harassing our EHT officers. This group is for us to coordinate something nice to show our officers support!"

One of the aims of the group is to find owners of local restaurants willing to donate meals for the different shifts at the police department. Interested owners and managers of restaurants are urged to contact a member of the group through the Facebook page.

According to posts on the page, it appears that members were already able to co-ordinate at lease one food delivery.
