Terrifying video footage surfaced yesterday depicting a man treading open water while a helicopter and crew worked to rescue him. Truly, another miracle off the coast of South Jersey.
6ABC.com reports the man in the video was being rescued by the Coast Guard about 200 miles off the Cape May coast after his boat caught fire and began to take on water. A different ship heard the man's distress call from his sinking sailboat called the Serena and forwarded along the signal.
