Ghostly Image Damages Car [VIDEO]

This is so freaky!!  A white image can be seen in this video actually taking off the mirror of one of the cars in this parking lot!

It happened in a police department parking lot in Hartford, Connecticut.  A meteorologist finally dispels the "ghost."
