Two AC Casino Restaurants Make USA Today’s 10Best List

Two Atlantic City casino restaurants have been voted into the USA Today 10Best Casino Restaurants list for 2025.

As USA Today points out in its article about the list, the days are gone when eating at a casino meant having to brave a suspicious buffet.

Gaming hotspots across the nation are attracting top culinary talent to a new generation of casino restaurants, ranging from casual to fine dining.

These Atlantic City restaurants, nominated by an expert panel and voted as the best in the country by the readers of USA Today, showcase some of the best places to grab a bite between time spent on the gaming floor.

Congratulations to this year's local winners.

Old Homestead Steak House at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa and Capriccio at Resorts Casino Hotel.

#6: Old Homestead Steak House

New York's oldest steak house, the Old Homestead Steak House, was established in 1868 in New York City's Meatpacking District.

Best known for its menu specializing in beef, beef, and more beef, brothers Greg and Marc Sherry opened their second location at Borgata in 2003.

They believe in the adage “don’t mess with a good thing,” which is why the menu at their steakhouse in Atlantic City nearly mirrors the one in New York.

And for good reason: "We haven't had an empty seat in quite a few years," Greg explained. Visitors to Borgata have the chance to see why.

#3: Capriccio

Capriccio at Resorts Casino Hotel has been included in the USA Today 10Best Readers' Choice in seven of the last eight years, and the restaurant was #1 on the list four of those years.

At Cappriccio, every dish is prepared to order with passion, tradition, and with only the freshest, highest quality ingredients.

The old-world-inspired dining room overlooks the Ocean and boardwalk. Renowned for dishes like Seafood Zuppetta and Veal Romero, Capriccio is a perennial award-winner for excellence.

The fine dining experience of Capriccio has been an Atlantic City tradition since  Resorts Casino opened its doors in 1978.
