Photos From the ‘Cat Room’ at the Humane Society of Ocean City

The "Cat Room" at the Humane Society of Ocean City is an amazing place. It is a cat-lover's dream. Most times, there are over one hundred cats in the cat room. That's right, 100 cats in the same, big room.

There are quiet cats, hyper cats, young kittens and older cats, fat cats and thin, standoffish cats and cats who get right up in your business. There is a cat for just about everybody's taste in the cat room.

The one thing most of them have in common is that they are available for adoption to a good home. A forever home, as they like to say at the Humane Society of Ocean City. Except for a few permanent residents, all of those cats are waiting to be adopted.

With that in mind, I asked the folks who run the cat room at the Humane Society of Ocean City to take photos of a few of the residents to see if we could find a few good owners for some of the cats in the cat room.
