South Jersey’s First Tesla Dealership to Open by End of Year

Tesla will open its first showroom in South Jersey, making it the 4th dealership for the Garden State.

If you know me at all, you know that I would love to own a Tesla one day.  I drive a hybrid now, but I would love to go totally electric.

Baby steps.  And lots of money, lol.

Cherry Hill will get South Jersey's first Tesla dealership by the end of 2017.  The other showrooms are in Short Hills, Springfield Township and Paramus.

According to NJ.com, Cherry Hill's planning board gave the OK Monday night,

"Tesla is at the forefront of fully-electric automobile technology and the company is expected to further its presence in the Northeast with this new Cherry Hill location," according to the applicant statement from Tesla provided by township officials.

Maybe I'm one step closer to owning my dream vehicle!
