There was a time a couple years ago when Mary Lee the Shark seemed to be living right off the Cape May coast, frolicking up and down the shore.

She even made her way straight across the center of Cape May County! (It must have been raining a lot that day?)

Seriously, the shark did not actually swim over land (we don't think) but she did "ping" in the Delaware Bay, and then, less than an hour later, "ping" in the Ocean City area.

So is the life of a tagged shark, whose "pings" are view-able on the internet.

So, where's Mary Lee the Shark been lately? We don't know. According to Ocearch.com, she sent out a "Ping" Thursday morning, but not long enough to register a location.

You can follow Mary Lee's adventures - and those of dozens of other tagged sharks at Ocearch.com.
